A Mind Like Water: Time Management for Busy Educators LIMITED
Limited Capacity seats available

If you are in a teaching or leadership position, chances are that you sometimes find yourself “time poor”, with not enough hours in the week to complete everything that needs to be done. Perhaps you might find yourself so overwhelmed with a diverse and challenging workload that your mind is constantly busy with distracting and conflicting thoughts. You might find that thoughts of work problems or overdue tasks intrude on your time with your family or make it impossible to give the people around you the attention they deserve.

David Allen’s “Getting Things Done – The Art of Productivity” is a book on Time Management which is widely read and applied within leadership circles. It provides a simple and reliable framework that allows you to organize and track your tasks and projects without having to store up worries, tasks, and deadlines in the back of your mind. If you apply the system consistently, GTD allows you to be more present in the moment, reducing stress and freeing up your brain time for more productive and creative thinking.

This will be a practical, hands on session, which will leave participants with an in-depth introduction to the Getting Things Done system and some hands-on ideas about how to implement this productivity system that, when applied consistently, can competely change how you relate to your workload and your schedule.
